Explore all aspects of the farming profession in association with the production of "Reblochon" cheese... today. This farm, managed as an educational cooperative by G.A.E.C., takes you through all the stages to the finished product : from the storage of the hay to milking, and finally the transformation of milk into cheese. You will be surprised at their inventiveness. In fact, they were among the second in France to install their milking parlour on a water cushioned carousel, an avant-garde method, the aim of which is to respect the needs of cows to be undisturbed, thus improving naturally, the quality of their milk.
