At about ten minutes by car from La Roche, and at an altitude of 1,100 metres, the family resort of Orange offers all the pleasures of snow : downhill and Nordic skiing , sledging trail, snow shoes rambles. For nature lovers it's the starting point for beautiful walks on snowshoes to places like "les chalets de Balme" with a mountain restaurant to aim towards, or even to the top of "Cou" - the local favourite mountain.
